Philosophy, Print and Our Product Line

Professional Forms, Inc., better known as PFI, was established in 1988 as a forms and print distributorship. PFI has evolved to become a single source provider of all printed products including business forms, envelopes, financial and medical documents, commercial printing and marketing materials. Additionally, we offer value added products, including direct mail applications and custom, one-off printing. PFI is also your source for promotional products and wearables. If it has a logo on it, chances are PFI can help you design it, print it, store it and ship it.


Through the years, PFI has built a strong partner relationship with many of our customers by listening to their needs and maximizing solutions. We strive to build relationships that allow us to understand our customers’ needs and fulfill their goals. PFI’s corporate headquarters is centrally located in Blair, Nebraska, which allows us to serve our growing client base throughout the Midwest and nationally. This facility includes 20,000 square feet of secure, climate controlled warehouse space and 10,000 square feet of office area.
